Report on Work Experience
To Whom it May Concern,
Dear Sir/Madam,
Our student has been carrying out a work experience/internship with you for 5 days and we are very interested to know how they got on. We would appreciate it very much if you could take a few moments to answer our questions and please feel free to add any comments which could be useful to us for the successful running of our programme. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you most sincerely for the support you have given our student and the opportunity they have had to widen their horizons, practise their English and become self-reliant.
1. Please describe the nature of the work the student undertook.
2. How effectively did the student carry our their tasks and fulfil your expectations?
3. Please give an indication of how much usage of English was involved during the week and how you felt the student coped language-wise.
4. Could you describe any social activities taken part in during the week and how these involved the student?
5. With regard to accommodation arrangements, were you involved with the organisation of these and if so how do you feel the student managed within their English-speaking environment?
